How to Install WordPress
WordPress is the world's most popular website platform. Installing it is quick and easy with our one-click installer.
Automatic Installation (Recommended)
- Log in to your cPanel account
- Look for Softaculous Apps Installer or WordPress icon
- Click WordPress
- Click Install Now
- Choose your installation details:
- Choose Domain: Select your domain
- Site Name: Enter your site title
- Site Description: Brief description (can change later)
- Admin Username: Your login username
- Admin Password: Strong password (20+ characters recommended)
- Admin Email: Your email address
- Click Install
- Wait 2-5 minutes for installation to complete
Access Your WordPress Admin
Once installed, log in at yoursite.com/wp-admin using your admin username and password.

You get the full WordPress package including:
- Core WordPress software
- Default themes
- Essential plugins (Akismet anti-spam)
- WordPress dashboard for managing content
Next Steps
- Choose a theme — Go to Appearance → Themes to change your site design
- Install plugins — Extend functionality with plugins (Plugins → Add New)
- Create content — Start writing pages and posts
- Configure settings — Set permalinks, discussion settings, etc. in Settings
