If your domain is registered with another provider, you'll need to point it to our nameservers so your website and email can work on our hosting.

Updating Nameservers
- Log in to the account you have with your domain registrar (the company you bought the domain from).
- Find the nameserver or DNS settings for your domain.
- Replace the existing nameservers with the two above.
- Save your changes.
DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate worldwide, although they usually take effect within a few hours.
Alternative: Using External DNS
If you prefer to keep your domain's nameservers with a third-party provider such as Cloudflare, create an A record pointing to your Webfort server IP address instead. You can find your server IP address in the Webfort control panel under your website's domain settings.
Checking It's Working
You can verify the nameserver change has taken effect using a tool like whatsmydns.net and searching for your domain with the NS record type.
If your domain still isn't working correctly after 24 hours, contact our support team.
