WHM (Web Host Manager) is the control panel you use to manage your reseller hosting account. It lets you create and manage individual cPanel accounts for your clients.

How to Log In

  1. Go to your server's WHM URL: https://your-server-hostname:2087
  2. Enter the username and password from your welcome email.
  3. You'll see the WHM dashboard with all available management tools.

Tip: You can also access WHM from your Webfort client area. Go to Services > My Services, click on your reseller plan, then click Log in to WHM.

Key Areas in WHM

  • Account Functions — Create, modify, and remove cPanel accounts for your clients.
  • Packages — Set up hosting packages with specific resource limits (disk space, bandwidth, email accounts) that you assign to client accounts.
  • DNS Functions — Manage DNS zones for domains hosted on your server.
  • Server Information — Check server status, resource usage, and service statuses.

Creating Your First Client Account

  1. In WHM, go to Account Functions > Create a New Account.
  2. Enter the client's domain name, username, and password.
  3. Select a hosting package (or set custom resource limits).
  4. Click Create.

Your client can now log into cPanel using the credentials you set up. They'll manage their own website, email, and files from there.
