Reseller hosting lets you create and sell your own hosting packages under your brand. You get a WHM (Web Host Manager) account to manage everything, and each of your clients gets their own cPanel account.
What You Get
- WHM access to create and manage client cPanel accounts.
- Your own branding — clients see your company name, not ours.
- Private nameservers — use ns1.yourdomain.com instead of ours.
- Full cPanel for every client — they manage their own sites, email, and files independently.
First Steps After Signup
- Log into WHM — use the credentials from your welcome email, or go to Services > My Services in your client area and click Log in to WHM.
- Create a hosting package — go to Packages > Add a Package in WHM. Set the disk space, bandwidth, and email limits you want to offer your clients.
- Create your first client account — go to Account Functions > Create a New Account. Enter the domain, pick your package, and set a password.
- Set up private nameservers (optional) — see our guide on white-labelling your reseller hosting.
How Billing Works
You pay Webfort a single monthly fee for your reseller plan. How you bill your own clients is entirely up to you. Many resellers use WHMCS to automate client billing and account provisioning (included free on BuildOut and PowerScale plans).
