White-labelling lets your clients see your brand instead of Webfort's. Your clients won't know who the underlying provider is.
Private Nameservers
Instead of clients using our nameservers, you can set up your own (e.g. ns1.yourdomain.co.uk and ns2.yourdomain.co.uk).
- Register your nameservers with your domain registrar. You'll need to create glue records pointing to the server IP addresses from your welcome email.
- Once registered, give your clients these nameservers when they sign up.
If your domain is registered with Webfort, open a support ticket and we'll set up the glue records for you.
Branding in WHM
You can customise what your clients see when they log into cPanel:
- Customisation > Branding in WHM — upload your logo and set a company name.
- Customisation > Customise cPanel Locale — change default text and labels.
Custom cPanel URL (Optional)
By default, clients access cPanel at theirdomain.co.uk:2083. This already uses their own domain, so most resellers don't need to change anything here.
What Clients Can See
By default, cPanel does not show the server provider's name to end users. Your clients will see their own domain and whatever branding you configure. The Webfort name only appears in your WHM and your own client area, not in your clients' cPanel.
