Customising the Account Suspension Page Print

  • 0

When you suspend a client's cPanel account in WHM, visitors to their website see a default suspension page. You can customise this to show your own branding and message.

Editing the Suspension Page

  1. In WHM, go to Account Functions > Manage Account Suspension.
  2. Click Manage Suspension Page (or navigate to Customisation > Web Template Editor).
  3. Select the Suspended Page template.
  4. Edit the HTML to include your company name, logo, and a message (e.g. "This account has been suspended. Please contact [your company] for more information.").
  5. Click Save.

What to Include

  • Your company name and logo.
  • A brief, professional message explaining the site is suspended.
  • A way for the site owner to contact you (email address or support link).

Tip

Keep the suspension page simple and professional. Avoid including details about why the account was suspended, as the page is publicly visible to anyone visiting the domain.
