Your reseller plan comes with a set amount of disk space and bandwidth that is shared across all the cPanel accounts you create. Here's how to keep track of your usage and avoid hitting your limits.
Where to Check Your Usage
- WHM: Go to Server Information > Server Status to see overall disk and memory usage.
- WHM: Go to Account Information > List Accounts to see a breakdown of disk space used by each client account.
- Webfort Client Area: Go to Services > My Services and click your reseller plan to see your overall usage and plan limits.
What Counts Towards Your Limits
- Disk space: Website files, email inboxes, databases, and backups stored by your clients.
- Bandwidth: All data transferred by your clients' websites and email in a calendar month.
- cPanel accounts: Each plan has a maximum number of accounts you can create.
What Happens If You Hit a Limit
- Disk full: Clients may not be able to upload files, receive emails, or create databases until space is freed up.
- Bandwidth exceeded: Websites may be temporarily suspended until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
- Account limit reached: You won't be able to create new cPanel accounts.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you're running low on resources, you can upgrade your reseller plan from the Webfort client area. Go to Services > My Services, click your reseller plan, and select Upgrade/Downgrade. The price difference is pro-rated, so you only pay for the remaining time in your billing cycle.
